From Edwardian memory to a contemporary living, this four storeys house has been converted from a totally unmodernized property, gifted by the unique benefit of a 4400 sq. ft rear garden.

As the original features were mostly lost and the house is the first of the Edwardian line next to a Victorian one, the idea to modernise also the façade created a good result in the eclecticism of the streetscape.

All made to measure fit-out has been designed to achieve a contemporary sense of space where rooms are wide, spacious and full of light and where the inside space blend into the outside intermediate area to lead gradually to the vast rear garden.
